The Charity Commission has once again updated the guidance for general meetings for charities in light of the Coronavirus pandemic.
The updated guidance takes into account the new government rules relating to holding members' meetings online, which have now been extended to 30th December.
It is also worth reading the guidance again, as it contains useful topics for consideration, including using reserves and restricted funds and managing financial difficulties. Also it considers the financial support which parent charities may consider for their trading subsidiaries, which may be particularly pertinent.
